- INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF SUN, CISCO, RAD
& OTHER PRODUCTS:Apart from installation of
regular products for Turnkey Projects, Nirmal Datacomm also
undertakes System Integration of Projects, not commissioned by us.
These include products from Cisco, RAD, Sun, ZyXEL, etc.
- AFTER SALES SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR OUR
CUSTOMERS: Not only are we fully equipped to provide
our customers with after sales support from our Call Centre but we
also provide them with training through our specialized Training
Partners.
- DEMO CENTER, COMPETENCY CENTRE AND CALL CENTER
FACILITIES: Nirmal had a wide variety of equipment
that we have only purchase for demo purposes and is installed and
tested in our Demo Center. This
has been done because we, like our customers, believe in the
saying, “Seeing is Believing…”
For all our call
logging purposes and complaints, we have a
Call Center
where everything is documented and duly checked. We also
believe that we cannot sell or suggest something that we ourselves
don’t believe in, thus we have set-up a Competency
Centre where our engineers are given full hands-on
Training on all the products that we Sell and Service. In our
Competency Center, we also do a
lot of R & D on technologies like Wireless, Security,
Voice over IP (VoIP), etc.
- ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) FOR CISCO, RAD,
& ZYXEL: Nirmal Datacomm also undertakes
AMC’s of products from Cisco, RAD, ZyXEL and
Personal Computers after their warranty has expired. It
can cater to these with the strong partnership it has with these
partners and with the help of the Stocks that we have with us.
- FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR IT MANAGEMENT AND
MAINTENANCE: These Services are for our esteemed
customers who want to outsource their IT Management and
Maintenance activities to Service Driven Organizations so that
they can perform their day to day activities and the entire IT
problem can be outsourced to us. In this we will manage and
maintain their entire IT infrastructure for them so that there is
more productivity from their staff. We will have resident
engineers deployed full time in the organizations who will look
after tasks like: Server and OS Management, Database Management,
Information Asset Management, Back-Up and Restore Management and
other Services.
- REMOTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES: Nirmal
can give 24x7x365 Remote Management
Services from our Service Center to our
customers who are located in different geographical Locations for
the smooth functioning of their equipments. We can achieve this
through our state of the art Competency Center and our
Continuous Connectivity.
- LIAISONING SERVICES (WITH BSNL AND MTNL):
We also Liaison with BSNL
and MTNL, so that the Leased Lines are
smoothly Commissioned, and our customers get prompt and due
services from them. We have been able to do this only with our
vast expertise and knowledge of the Indian Telecommunication
Circle.
